July code sprint

From 2010 july 21 to 23 a code sprint will take place in Balaruc les Bains (France), the roadmap is as follow :

• Update the svn source tree with the new cgic library, OGR basic vector operations services provider and ZOO Kernel version used in the FOSS4G Workshop.
